Shipping policy

GENERAL

Orders are usually will be prepared, packaged and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

 

UK ORDERS

Orders will be sent via a UK delivery company, and usually arrive to you within 2-3 working days from time of dispatch. This is is not tracked service unless otherwise stated.

Depending on your items there may be the option to ship earlier at checkout and/ or a tracked service

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders will be sent via the Royal Mail International service which aims to deliver items within 7-10 working days from time of dispatch. This service is not a tracked service unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to track your item(s), you will need to upgrade to a Tracked and Signed option at checkout. Your item(s) will then be sent via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service and you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.
